I’m continually amazed at how Amazon is extending the Kindle platform and making it easier and easier to use.  The new Send to Kindle for PC lets you send a document to your Kindle with only two clicks.  From their website

Reading your personal documents on Kindle is now easier than ever

  • Send personal documents to your Kindle from your PC.
  • From Windows Explorer, simply right click on one or more documents and choose Send to Kindle.
  • From any Windows application that can print, select Print and choose Send to Kindle (documents are delivered in PDF format).
  • Choose to archive documents in your Kindle Library, where you can re-download them conveniently anywhere at any time.

When you download and install, Send to Kindle will appear when you right click on a file in Windows Explorer or in the print dialog of any Windows application. To send multiple documents to Kindle without opening them, simply select documents and choose Send to Kindle from the right-click menu in Windows Explorer. Support for Mac is coming soon.

You can download archived personal documents from your Kindle Library on Kindle Keyboard, Kindle, Kindle Touch, Kindle for iPad, Kindle for iPhone and Kindle for iPod. Whispersync of notes, highlights, bookmarks along with last page read is available on your archived personal documents that have been converted into Kindle format.
