I love to cook (currently experimenting with a Sous Vide machine) and I came across this free ebook on one of the cooking sites I frequent. It’s from Kerrygold and is by Rachel Allen and runs about 60 pages. The recipes are pretty good, and being based in Ireland, are a bit different from what you normally see.
