Looks like Kindles have been pushed back again. Both the Kindle 3G and Kindle WiFi are now showing delivery dates of September 8. Previously they were supposed to be available by the end of August.
When I check my actual 3G order (placed on July 28) no delivery date, actual or estimated, is listed.
Mine shows an August 31st estimated delivery. I ordered within a couple hours of the order page going live.

My kindle order was August 31st now is Oct 14th.
