  1. It’s been “temporarily” closed to new sales since Agency Pricing went into effect in April. I guess this just makes it official. It’d be nice if they sent an email to account holders letting them know they have until Dec. 19th to re-download their books if need be (at least I haven’t gotten one, although all I have are some freebies they did a couple years ago). I suppose it’s better than PaperBack Digital who was there one day and closed the next.

    Another example of the problems with DRM. Even if you download a backup copy now you may or may not be unable to use it later on a new device/computer unless you go ahead and un-infect it.

To download previously purchased titles, sign in and visit your ‘My library’ page. After December 19, 2010 titles that have not been downloaded will no longer be accessible.
