  1. OK, so one more example of how Kobo gets it: build your dealer relationships … diversify the channels customers can touch your product which ultimately is to buy ePub kobobooks … be cross-platform in content delivery (e-reader, PC, Mac, Blackberry, iPhone, Android, phone, tablet, computer, e-ink, colour Literati, Velocity Cruz Micro) … stay competitive on content price, and localise your content, while expanding within and beyond US markets.

Kobo is an entry-level ePub e-reader … but it also delivers everything you need to consume ePub books and library books. Simplicity is a feature, not a bug. If Kobo can survive the cut-throat margins within the Wal-mart ecosystem, really, it can stand proudly next to Nook and Sony on the same (probably ghastly under-serviced) display unit.

  2. Just recieved 3 Kobo readers replacing 3 that had problems ( had puchased extra warranty) and not one of the three will hold a charge. I have used the computer to charge, dead in twelve hours without reading try charging with 110 still was dead 12 hours later. Is it me or my readers???? What can I do ????
