I would also bet on a delay of a month or so before it lobs in Australia, but you can lock it in for Christmas. The best-case scenario would be that the Borders.com.au and Whitcoulls version (ie REDgroup) would be out simultaneously.
Foolishly the made the mistake of not including it from the very beginning. Now it’s too late. The Kindle wins hands down.
