Pitchers and catchers report to spring training this week. For baseball fans, this marks the beginning of a rocky ride with tumultuous feelings that crush or elevate you throughout a season.

And it’s wonderful.

But what baseball fans love are ways to show their pride. Nothing says you’re a big New York Yankees fan than having an outlandish tattoo somewhere on your body. However, there are easier and less painful ways to show off your team pride.

Companies have created several types of baseball-themed e-reading accessories, including covers for some of the more popular tablets.

Look at this hard shell case for Kindle Fire from Keyscape and Pangea Brands (above). It’s a cool way to let everyone know which team you’re rooting for this season, while protecting your Kindle Fire at the same time.

For the baseball fan that just loves the sport, there are more than a few nondescript items. This baseball skin from WraptorSkins, pictured above, covers your Kindle Fire, showing your love for the game but not drawing any attention to your favorite team.

On a cold, snowy day, this cover (also from Pangea Brands) could help chase away the blues as you imagine the ball leaving the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington on a warm Texas day.

The good news for those with 7-inch tablets is that most of these covers will fit.

However, those with odd-shaped tablets (such as the Nook Simple Touch) will have greater difficulty finding just the right cover.

One of the best options is to head to Cafe Press, and look for one of the many customized items in the personal stores, where you’re likely to find the baseball logo or saying that best matches your personality.
