Kindle Daily Deal: December 6 (and others)
On Amazon, friend or foe: as the author indicated, it’s a complicated relationship. It’s a friend for breadth of stock, ease of use, kick starting ebooks, and discounted prices. It’s a foe for popularizing self-publishing and introducing ads to Kindles. As long as I can buy legimate books from publisher and there is an opt out on the ads, I can continue to be an Amazon customer. If per chance Amazon drives publishers out of business or enforces ads in ebooks, then Amazon becomes an enemy.
