From an email I received from them.  They are a non-profit publisher and now have 47 titles available in ebook form and can be found on the Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Sony Reader and iBookstore.  Their full ebook catalog is here.

Red Hen Press was founded seventeen years ago by Managing Editor, Dr. Kate Gale, and Publisher, Mark Cull. Together they sought to revive the Los Angeles literary scene and make an important contribution to the independent publishing world. To that end, they have successfully realized their mission of publishing works of literary excellence, supporting diversity, and promoting literacy in our local schools.

Red Hen Press publishes 20 new books each year and have 250 published titles to date. We host over 8 reading series in Southern California and New York; publish an estimable bi-annual literary journal, Los Angeles Review, as well as two imprints that focus on under-served writers: Arktoi Books, publishing lesbian writers and Boreal Books, publishing Alaskan writers. We further support the community through three awards each year for a book of unpublished poetry, a short story, and a piece of poetry; and every other year award the publication of a second or third full-length collection of poems by a Latino or Latina poet through the Letras Latinas / Red Hen Poetry Prize. Moreover, we support the Pasadena and Los Angeles Unified School Districts through our Writing in the Schools program, where we dedicate our resources to conducting writing workshops with the goal of publishing Writing in the Schools Anthology, a collection of the participating students’ work.
