I don’t know your blog’s income/spending, but I doubt it’ll be a problem. Ars Technica’s article makes it a lot less threatening. And it appears the section in question has been stricken from the law before it was passed.

I’d vastly prefer that you be right. Many thanks for the update. As for spending-income, the main expenses are hosting costs, which, though bothersome to me, are maybe the equivalent of a few lunches for a major league K Street lobbyist. – David
