ALA’s Digital Content and Libraries Working has just released a ‘tip sheet’ that ALA says, ‘provides background on digital rights management—systems producers, publishers and vendors use to control what users can do with electronic files, such as e-books, DVD films, and other media.’
The tip sheet was written for both librarians, library users, and other interested parties.
