Saw this mentioned on Publishers Lunch, but by the time I checked it out around noon they were already ‘unavailable’. The K2 refurb deal is sold out as well.
I agree with Nelson, but the Sony is more pocketable and a lot of people love reading on it. Some have considered its screen contrast a reference model (though I was lucky with my K2 but I think the Sony model, with half the gray-shade levels, is more consistent in not having too many gray-levels maybe affecting the contrast level perceived).
