I wanted to give you the heads up about Copyright Clearance Center’s OnCopyright 2012 conference, being held next Friday, March 30 at Columbia Law School in New York.  The event will explore the various ways copyright issues are impacting publishing, creative services, legal and technology. The keynote will be by John Howkins, author of “The Creative Economy.” Howkins recently spoke with CCC’s Chris Kenneally, giving him a preview of his remarks on the economic value of the creative industry—the podcast can be found here and transcript here.

OnCopyright 2012 panels will focus on:
