Harry Potter credit card pfishing?

Like our friends on various email lists and at MobileRead, we’re wondering about a company called Bookaza and some of its e-book wares. Bookaza’s offerings include, apparently, a digital version of Harry Potter–which would take a wizard to post legally, given the Luddite stance of its author. Is this a legit store or a way to collect credit card numbers?
