The backlit JetBook is the newest e-book gizmo—yes, you read that right: no E Ink, apparently, which could delight LCD fans. The bad news is that so far I can’t find information on the formats offered, or the exact screen res. Also, the price of $350 for an LCD machine doesn’t exactly make my pulse race. Am I missing something?

From what I understand from people at Mobileread this is a Jinke device (one that costs around 250 USD if ordered directly from the manufacturer). I’d read the comments at Mobileread first if you were thinking of buying one.
