Prime View, which is the supplier to the Amazon and Sony for ereader displays, plans to triple its capacity this year, according to Business Week.
They are currently running at full capacity and plan to introduce color, flexible and touch panels this year the article says, however the manufacturer declined to provide names of purchasers of these items. However, Prime View said that the retail price of color e-ink units should be up to 50% more expensive than monochrome devices.
