David Rothman just called me (6:30 pm EST, 22-Dec-2006) to mention that he finally left earlier today to visit family in Statesville, NC. Unfortunately, the weather did not oblige, so he and his wife Carly are currently stuck in Tom’s Brook, Virginia.
Fortunately, though, Wunderground (my favorite weather site for its regional forecast maps — great for long car trips), shows it should be smooth sailing for them on Friday. David hopefully will be back online sometime tomorrow evening or Saturday morning.
