  1. I was instructed by Cool-er to send my malfunctioning e-reader back to them – last NOVEMBER. I have emailed them continually since then about the status and when they would return my device. First they told me they were getting a new firmward upgrade, then that they were delayed, then that they were changing warehouses and would not be able to ship just yet. I’ve gotten no responses at all for several months. Guess now I know why, and should give up any hope of having my device returned.
